There is a Political Financing Bill that has been drafted and was due to be tabled in early 2020. However since then, there has been little clarity over the status of the Bill. Earlier this month, members of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Political Financing Malaysia met to discuss ways to make progress on political financing reform.
