C4 Center Announces Planned Leadership Transition

PRESS STATEMENT  

The Center to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4 Center) announces that Pushpan  Murugiah will be stepping down from his position as Chief Executive Officer, effective  3 June 2026, following more than three years of service with the organisation.  

To ensure a smooth and orderly transition. Pushpan will work closely with the Board  of Directors to support business continuity and facilitate the handover of key  responsibilities.  

The Board records its appreciation to Pushpan for his leadership, commitment, and  contributions to the organisation’s growth and development.  

“On behalf of the Board, we thank Pushpan for his service and dedication to C4 Center.  His leadership has helped guide the organisation through an important period of  growth and change. We wish him every success in his future endeavours,” said Prof.  Edmund Terence Gomez, Chairperson of the Board.  

The Board has commenced the process of identifying a successor and a further  announcement will be made in due course.  

C4 Center remains focused on its mission to combat corruption, cronyism and related  abuses at all levels of government, and to promote and uphold the principles of good  governance: clean, competent, conscious, and credible.
