Former Federal Territories Minister Ku Nan was sentenced to 12 months’ jail and fined RM2m today by the KL High Court, for his RM2m corruption case. We speak to Cynthia Gabriel for her thoughts on this ruling, and discuss how this decision might affect future corruption trials involving high-profile individuals.
