八打灵在也2日讯）反贪腐及朋党主义中心（C4）促请八打灵再也市长阿兹汉在最近的八打灵再也市议会（MPBJ）会议上，未按照程序批准一项发展计划的举动做出解释。 反贪腐及朋党主义中心在一份声明中表示，该组织对灵市市长对19名市议员提出的关于苏丹巷一项发展计划的审批程序问题表示关注。 “这不仅是一个扼杀异议的明显例子，而且令人费解的是，当一站式中心（OSC）会议的大多数成员一开始就不同意这个决定时，阿兹汉为何坚持说已经作出了批准的决定 该组织也对阿兹汉声称，市议员不是在一站式中心（OSC）讨论的决策者，只能针对社会和政治方面提供意见的谈话表示关注。 “市长的言论与《1976年地方政府法令》第10条文相矛盾，该条文阐明，市议员的任命是基于他们在地方政府事务中的广泛经验。将这19名市议员完全排除在决策过程之外，并单方面决定他们强烈反对的行动方案，这严重质疑了MBPJ对良好治理和法治的承诺。” 反贪腐及朋党主义中心促请阿兹汉和八打灵再也市政厅解释突然改变审批程序的原因，并确保决策过程的完全透明。 针对雪兰莪州务大臣拿督斯里阿米鲁丁早前声称，19名市议员离席抗议的事件是由误会引起的说辞，该组织促阿米鲁丁解释为何做出误会的结论，并指责大臣 “简化了整个情况”。 “法律必须平等地适用于所有人，不遵守这一基本原则就有可能损害MBPJ和州政府的形像。”
