On the 30th of March 2016, C4 has launched both its Northern Unit, to track states in the North, mainly in Kelantan, Kedah and Penang. Its purpose is to better monitor the state governments administration of public funds, to track public policies and enhance public participation in shaping government decisions.
Along with it, the Northern team had also produced an in-depth report, on the pressing issue of governance in the timber trade in Kelantan, which heavily affected the ecosystem of the area.
