不满反贪会未查扎希派糖果 C4要求阿占巴基下台
反贪污及朋党主义中心（C4）狠批，反贪污委员会无视副首相阿末扎希公然贿选，更因此要求反贪主席阿占巴基下台。 C4非议， 阿占巴基声称中央政府对登嘉楼的这笔拨款，未具贿赂成分，根本是欠缺法律依据。 “反贪会被赋予责任，根据选举法令调查腐败行为，若它拒绝调查潜在的选举贿赂事件，那还能依靠谁来执行此法呢？” 该中心指出，阿占巴基竟主张阿末札希的行为不违法，甚至未对这起事件展开调查，完全是曲解了对法律的认知。 “除此，首相安华也认为其副手的行为何错之有，这令人异常失望。” “尽管内阁表明，不得挪用公共资金为州选举铺路，但内阁部长故意为之却不受对付，如此的说法根本是毫无意义。” C4今天因此发表文告说，政府理应立即实施改革，捍卫反贪会的独立性，包括立即撤换阿占巴基的主席职。 “反贪会必须调查，查希大派选举糖果的行为，是否违反选举法令，否则必须解释为何不打算处理，这起或已违反法规的行为。” 该中心举例，选举法令第10条文阐明，涉嫌贿赂的“腐败行为”，包括向选民提供或承诺，任何金钱或有价值的好处。 “这已更合理地解释了，阿末札希的宣布已涉嫌触法，其宣布已被证实与广泛报道，尤其是明确提到拨款的数额。” “阿末扎希甚至宣称，或会根据选举结果再增加拨款。反贪会至少有责任，对类似的违规行为展开调查。” 阿末扎希上周五宣布，除了拨款25万令吉予登青年理事会，20万令吉予登州摩哆车队，也资助登州中央发展局10万令吉。 他呼吁，人们支持“蓝红浪潮”，并承诺希盟和国盟胜选后将加码拨款。 较后，阿占巴基表明，此举并不违法，阿末札希的承诺只不过是联邦级别的倡议。 “政府可以落实他们认为适合人民的政策。” 首相安华也开腔为阿末扎希辩护，表示这笔拨款早已获批，并强调中央政府，绝不会在选举期间滥用任何资金。 惟民间仍反弹激烈，净选盟呼吁政府勿在选举期间，滥用权利拨款或实施一些政策。 统民党主席赛沙迪更公开批评，阿未扎希的行为如同把“贪污合理化”。

6州选举◢ C4促各党候选人 申报财产
（吉隆坡28日讯）反贪污与朋党主义中心（C4）敦促各参选政党和政治联盟，要求他们的候选人申报财产，无论是动产或不动产。 该中心今日发文告说，当权者申报财产能够加强政府的透明度和开放程度。 文告说，这项措施可让人民检视候选人，是否有贪腐或其他不当行为。 “他们可透过网路平台公布财产，同时把副本送交各别州议会的议长，让人民能够看到这些资讯。” 文告提到，大马已签署的联合国反腐败公约第8（5）条文阐明，缔约国均应根据本国法律的基本原则，酌情努力制订措施和建立制度，要求公职人员特别就可能与其公职人员的职能发生利益冲突的职务外活动、任职、投资、资产以及贵重馈赠或者重大利益向有关机关申报。 此外，该中心赞许吉打国阵和希盟在他们的竞选宣言，承诺一旦执政，将强制州务大臣、行政议员、州议员申报财产，并呼吁其他政党仿效，在各自竞选宣言纳入类似承诺。
