C4 Center dengan kerjasama DBKL Watch dan Selamatkan Kuala Lumpur, ingin mendedahkan kepada rakyat Kuala Lumpur tentang Pelan Bandar Raya Kuala Lumpur 2020 yang telah dimutilasikan untuk kepentingan pihak-pihak tertentu:

Kandungan Pelan Bandar Raya KL 2020:-
1) tidak pernah dibentangkan kepada orang ramai; melanggari Akta Perancangan Wilayah Persekutuan
2) berbeza dengan Draf Pelan Bandar Raya KL versi 2008
3) tidak mematuhi Pelan Struktur KL (yang telah diwartakan pada 2004)
