Govt agreed that MACC Chief will be appointed via constitutional process

September 2, 2020: the MACC chief commissioner Datuk Seri Azam Baki said that the government agreed in principle that the appointment of the chief of MACC will go through a constitutional process where in the future, the MACC commissioner will require a two-thirds majority in Parliament.
