As one of the programs under the campaign for freedom of information, Center to Combat Corruption and Cronyism (C4) and Persatuan Mahasiswa Sejarah, Politik dan Strategi (PESEPSI) jointly organized a lecture on Access to Information: The Law in Malaysia and the International Covenant on 22nd April 2017 (Saturday).
Miss Fadiah Nadwa as Legal Researcher and Campaign Officer of C4 have an opportunity to conduct a discussion with a group of students on the right to information, official secrets and upholding the rule of law based on the law in Malaysia and international agreement included Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 16.10 that ensure public access to information and protect fundamental freedoms, in accordance with national legislation and international agreements.
The program was attended by around 60 participants including undergraduate and postgraduate students. Special thanks to PESEPSI for hosting the event.
