Takiyuddin: All ministers have declared their assets

December 10, 2020 (PN)

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Takiyuddin Hassan replied in a written letter: “MACC only prepares a platform for the asset declaration to be published on their website,” as a response to Nga Kor Ming (PH-Teluk Intan) who asked the Prime Minister to state the names of ministers and deputy ministers who have not declared their assets to the MACC.

He added that MPs who failed to do so would be referred to the Parliament’s Rights and Privileges Committee

The move is in accordance with the Members of Administration Code of Ethics under the National Anti-Corruption Plan 2019-2023 which was launched in January 2019.
