Former Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan should be investigated for dubious land deal relating to Taman Rimba Kiara (TRK)

The Taman Tun Dr Ismail residents have filed their appeal to the Court of Appeal (COA) against the High Court’s dismissal of their judicial review to challenge the approval for the development at TRK.

On 22 January 2019, C4 Center urged the MACC to speed up the investigation against the former Federal Territories Minister Tengku Adnan over the land grab involving Taman Rimba Kiara (TRK). It appeared Tengku Adnan could have abused his position by making decisions in ways that would benefit his associates and family members.
